Scraped

[Mapleheart]

Maplekit walked into the Medicine Cats' Den. She got scraped when she was playing outside. "Hello. Anyone here?" Maplekit meowed. She was little scared. She had never been here.

[Stoatkit]

Stoatkit tumbled over after Maplekit, still a little worried. He'd never seen actual injury before, so his sister's scrape was a bit of a shock to him. "Hey, wait up he mewed." Besides that, he was slightly curious as to the inside of Raventwist's den.

[Mapleheart]

"Stoatkit. Have you seen anyone in here? It looks haunted." Maplekit meowed. She took a few steps into the den. She looked around in the darkness. She could smell herbs, but wasn't sure what to do.

[Stoatkit]

Haunted? Well maybe... Medicine cats are supposed to talk to warrior ancestors... Stoatkit shook away the thought. "I haven't seen any cat..." He mewed quietly and followed her in. If it had been him, it'd be nice to have a friend to come with.

[Mapleheart]

"Its creepy. It gives me the chills." Maplekit mewed. She took a few more steps.

[Stoatkit]

Stoatkit had never met the medicine cat and hoped Raventwist was nice.

[Mapleheart]

"Hello." Maplekit called. There was a chance of no reply. It was haunting. She didn't like this.

[Rainfur]

Rainfur walked behind the kit" what is wrong?" she asked looking at the small kit.

[Mapleheart]

Maplekit jumped and turned. "I got scraped when I was playing outside." Maplekit meowed a little nevus. She was impressed how quiet any cat could be and how easy it was to sneak up on her.

[Rainfur]

"here,follow me,i will get some herbs." she rushed to the back of the medicine cats den.

[Mapleheart]

Maplekit listened and followed Rainfur. She was still a little scared since sh e had never been here.

[Rainfur]

she grabbed a herb and showed it to the kit"here eat this, it will help, and here are the poppy seeds to chew on."

[Mapleheart]

Maplekit nodded and began to chew the herbs. They didn't taste very good, but knew it was for her own good. She kept chewing and began to get drowsey.

[Rainfur]

"you will be tired,take the day off,now you are good"

[Mapleheart]

"Do I have to stay here?" Maplekit meowed drowsily. The poppy seeds were making her really tired and her scarp still stinged a little.

[Rainfur]

"no, you may go, and try not to move a lot or play to much."

[Mapleheart]

"I should stay then, i will be to tepted to play." Miplakit meowed. She walked to nest that wasn't owned and curled up and started to doze off into a deep sleep.

[Rainfur]

"good" she said then she cuddled next to the kit keeping it warm.

[Mapleheart]

Maplekit smiled, then dozed into a sleep. Rainfur was reminding her of her mother. She then awoke to the next morning. She was still tired and didn't know if Rainfur was still there.

[Rainfur]

Rainfur quickly walked in and looked at the kit"i see you have woken." she said looking down and then stepping over to check her body for ticks" you have been asleep for a while now,but now you are up,you may go" she said swiftly steeping out of the kits way to the entrance.
