Lilystar trekked through the Duskclan territory. She had already met Silverstar training her apprentice so now she had come to the camp to wait for Silverstar to finish so they could talk about.... Something. Lilystar padded through the entrance to their camp and felt the smells, sights, and sounds of the other clan waft around her. It seemed so different yet so much the same.
Lilystar was now nearly at the leader's den. She sat infront and waited for what would surely be a cat from this clan come to see who the intruder was. She didn't nessesasarily want any cat to come and she want even an intruder. She wouldn't hunt or harm anything unless it attacked her.

Soon Silverstar walked into her den. "So what do you need to talk about Lilystar?" Silverstar asked. She sat down her tail curled around her paws. She then licked her paws and looked up at the Dawnclan leader.

Lilystar didn't hesitate to tell her what she needed. "Prey. Dawnclan is low on it and I was wondering if we could share some hunting grounds with you as your territory seems to be plentiful with any prey you may want." Lilystar meowed. She looked around to see f an other cat was coming.

"what has happened to the prey? You may but I want to know why?" Silverstar meowed. She knew that the rabbits had usual return by the plentiful.

Lilystar looked at the Tom who had just approached then back to Silverstar. "It seems that they are leaving our territory or some cats are taking them from our territory ." Lilystar said. She kept accusation out of her voice. She wasn't acusing these cats, but it may seem like they were hunting on Dawnclan territory.

"Maybe there is a Fox somewhere?" Silverstar meowed. She had smell fox in the territory before, but the Duskclan scent made it stale.

Lilystar nodded then looked back at the tom. "And who may you be?" She asked. This tom wasn't Silverstar's deputy so wh was he here. Lilystar shrugged and then looked back at Slverstar without waiting for his reply. "We could share part of both of our territories." Lilystar told her.

"Lilystar well you are here. I must ask, our clan may have a drought. So to repay use for letting you use our hunting grounds, can we use the thick river in your territory. It is not far from the border and this is all we ask." Silverstar meowed. She knew that Lilystar might, there were many reasons for her to.

Waterclaw walked into the conversation between the 2 leaders. "Hello Lilystar, I'm Waterclaw. Deputy of DuskClan. May I listen in on your conversation?" Waterclaw asked.

Lilystar felt the need to yell at the two cats that weren't Silverstar, but she knew if she did that it would start a fight or get her offer refused. "I see no harm in that, considering this warrior is here." She meowed. Then she focused back on Silverstar and considered her offer.
Water in exchange for prey. It seemed fair enough. Duskclan was low on water and had plenty of prey, and Dawnclan was low on prey, but had plenty of water. Lilystar nodded slowly. "I will make sure to include a section of the river in the terriory we share if this deal is closed." Lilystar meowed and waited for Silverstar's reply. |

Waterclaw looked at Lilystar. She had a really mixed emotion, she tried to study it but she couldn't tell. She listened to what Lilystar had to say. Lilystar had made a great deal, they were short of prey, we were short of water. Waterclaw hoped Silverstar would agree, lots of the warriors, queens, apprentices, kits and elders were a little short on water.

"I do agree. Thank You Lilystar." Silverstar meowed. She sat down knowing that Lilystar was bond to leave. "Would you like to eat before you leave? There is much freash kill we have caught." Silverstar asked. The freash kill pile was a little too full in fact.
