Silverstar a young she cat lead her clan down the slopes yo a clearing. This was where the gathering where held every full moon, like tonight. She climbed the pinetree where the leaders sat.

The light brown tabby padded to the Gathering Place looking around. Hopefully this would be a quick one. she thought.

Mightyoak of Pineclan wonder often and could smell a strong scent of cats. He put his belly to the ground and crept over to the bushes and watched the clan cats.

She blinked looking at Waterclaw. The clan has to remain strong. Even if they do know what's going on. she thought to herself. "The prey's great Waterclaw." she mewed to the Duskclan deputy. "And how's Duskclan's?"
Giving acknowledgement to Mightoak, she nodded her head.

Mightyoak didn't move. Why are these cats here, why are there scents all different, like groups? Mightyoak thought. He krept backwards deeper into the bushes trying not to be seen.

Specklepelt sat amoung the crowd of clan cats and watched Mightyoak. She continued to watch him "what a handsome tom" she thought. She tilted her head in confusion "but why is he acting weird?" She licked her speckled paw then looked at him again.

They saw me, I might as well show myself. Mightyoak thought. He walked out from the bushes and sat down he licked his paws. "What Are You Doing Here?" Mightyoak asked. Then he saw Specklepelt. That she cat is beautiful. He thought, he looked away knowing he had to care for Featherkit.

Specklepelt stared at Mightyoak but only broke her stare to glance at her leader Darkstar. She got bored eventually with the talking going on around her so her eyes searched the clearing looking for something else to stare at.

"Duskclan's prey is well. I also got a new apprentice, his/her(i'm not sure yet) name is Seedpaw." Waterclaw said to Squirrelshadow. "Do you have an apprentice at the moment?" Waterclaw asked.

She shook her head. "Not right now, but I'm hoping that I would be able to apprentice one of the kits soon!" She blinked, purring. "Have you shown Seedpaw your clan's territory yet? I remember that was my first lesson." she smiled. "I was one of those who couldn't keep their paws in the camp all day!"

She turned her attention to the Pineclan leader. Surely, that was not the right way to begin any Gathering? She shrugged. Pineclan after all was somewhat isolated from the rest of the clans, so why want more? Enough of that. she thought. Best if the others ask her questions or something before I even speak.

Waterclaw was surprised by how the cat just came here and just said we need more land. She turned her attention to the cat. "Who are you?" Waterclaw said to the cat.
