I can't really edit that photo to get spots/patches of white on her face, without it looking really unrealistic. Is there any other pictures?

Heyup! Yeah, it does seem a bit complicated so could you just use the image that I suggested but could you still edit the eyes? That would be great!
Also, I'd like a flowery theme as this would be more suited for my character. Any flower that you would like would be fine!
