"Cats Of Duskclan. Today we gather to make this kit an apprenitce. To train by her mentor for years. Posiekit, until you become a warrior you will be Posiepaw. Rivermist will train you." Silverstar annouced. She smiled and watched the apprentice for a few moments.
"Smoke, from now on you are a Duskclan cat, to honor our ways and to respect the code. Until you earn your warrior name you will be Smokepaw, Waterclaw will be your mentor." Silverstar aouced.

"Smokepaw?" She tested the name out quietly. "Kinda got a ring to it." She smirked. Smokepaw was okay with her new name. Maybe it will help me fit in better. She thought to herself. Not that I really care. She backed up the thought, reassuring herself. "Thank you Silverstar." She said respectfully and completely out of character.

Rivermist said to Smokepaw. She padded up to Posiepaw and touched noses with her new apprentice.

A purr rumbled in her chest as she padded forward to touch noses with her mentor. She was happy and and excited. Now she could train with Lionpaw, Stormpaw, and Smokepaw.
