Mightyoak sat in the sun, warming is brown tabby fur. He looked at the cats that ran through camp or where going to do patrols. It wasn't silent today, it was very loud, but it was still calm. Birds flew over head, which could mean a good day of hunting.

Lilykit walked out of the nursery wanting to feel the sun against her fur. The kit was older then some of the older kits and would soon be an apprentice, she wanted to train as the medicine cat. She was so absorbed in her own thoughts that she didn't notice Mightyoak.
