"All cats of StreamClan! Join me here! I have something to tell you!" Owlstar said, his eyes alert, watching the tree line in the distance. "Less than a moon ago, Bluefall and I received a dream at Cavepool. NightClan warned us about foxes in the territory. Bluefall saw them today. We are to remain in the camp walls as long as possible, only sending out hunting patrols until a solution is reached. Apprentices will not be included in these patrols. Apprentices will be trained within the camp. Kits are to be supervised at all times. No one is allowed out of the camp without my permission."

Stonekit sat down near the nursery and his mouth gaped as Owlstar announced the terrible news.

Sandfur looked at Owlstar sadly. She knew that she would have a tough job for this time period. The tan medicine cat hoped that were was enough herbs.

FOXES?!!?! Rushingkit thought. He suddenly had fear in his eyes. He cudded close to his mother. He whimpered.
