I was thinking that once a leader dies or retires and the deputy becomes the leader that when picking the new deputy you pick a warrior in the clan that has had an apprentice and same for Medicine Cats except for the apprentices take over.
For Example:
[In StreamClan] Darkstar passed away and so Owlflight took his place to be Owlstar and the new inactive deputy Skystream was chosen randomly. Since we have 3 apprentices; Bladepaw, Breezepaw, and Stonepaw, when they become warriors and get an apprentice they would be able to be deputy. Also, Skystream is inactive and so I think that when chosing a new deputy(and others like Medicine Cats and Queens)with no warriors (replacing inactive staff thread) we should question them like:
-How active are you?
-Do you have experience roleplaying?
(And then make them give us a roleplay example)
Stuff like that because I have seen new staff like Skystream and Shadedcloud and maybe others that are inactive shortly after they are chosen to be staff. And no offense but I have seen staffers that are not very good at roleplaying...*cough* Willowstar *cough* and they post one sentence posts after someone before them has posted 3 sentences to a paragraph.
Another Example:
[In PineClan] Lilypaw wants to be a medicine cat so after some training she would be good to be one. And so if one of the medicine cats of PineClan goes inactive for many months(which they kind of have already)she could replace them and I guess there would be exceptions if she has like 73 posts and is not very near 150 but if she is near 150 posts I guess she would be good.
