Lilypaw woke in her nest in the medicine den and stretched standing up and swiftly grooming her silver tabby fur. Yawning she looked at the herb supply surprised to see that she was out of most herbs. Frowning she walked out of the medicine den her blue orbs sweeping the camp before she slipped out of camp her paw steps confident as she continued through the forest letting the scent of herbs and prey wash over her tongue. Ignoring the scent of prey she focused on the scent of the herbs and picked out the scent of marigold and followed it.
Soon she found the herb and smiled her eyes glowing as she bend down nipping the stems with the strong side of her jaw. She gathered the herb making sure she didn't crush it as she continued on through the forest looking for the other herbs she needed. 'Next I need horsetail, burdock root, burdock root, comfrey, Chevril, and juniper berries, she told herself, and paused to get her breath back before continuing her search for herbs.

Padding back to camp with a small wood mouse clamped in his jaws he spotted her from afar and darted into a bush. When she came closer he lept out of the thorn bush and in front of her. He yowled but with the mouse in his jaws it was muffled. He winced at the thorns in his pelt and dropped the mouse.

Lilypaw glanced up in surprise and stifled a snort of amused setting down the herbs si that she could talk. "Maybe you should have your name changed to Thornpaw," she meowed amused her eyes resting on the thorns all in his fur. Here let me help you get those out she meowed immediately moving towards him firmly gripping a thorn with her teeth and gentally pulled it out. Soon she had pulled out every thorn and she chewed up the marigold and applied to his pelt, "Marigold should be ll you need," she meowed cheerfully forgetting for a minute that she was out collecting herbs.
