The air was getting colder and there was a layer of snow on the ground, which meant Leaf Bare was coming and coming fast. There was a full moon and that meant it was the night of a gathering. Silverstar walked, leading her Clan to go to the Pine Trees, where all gatherings took place. There was little news to be shared on this night, the wolves were in DuskClan and soon they were to be chased out, something that they needed, two days from now it would be time to send her warriors into a battle, she hoped to have time to ask of a Clan for there aid, but she doubted aid, for Leaf Bare was coming so fast.

Lionfire trod carefully after his Leader, the ground crunched between his paws, a mixture of newly fallen snow, decomposing leaves and upturned earth. The wind moaned around the fat trunks of leafless trees, a chilling sound that caused the hairs on the back of his neck to rise with caution.
Without the canopy of leaves above the full moons light highlighted the grooves in every tree, the marks on every stone, nothing was hidden from its gaze. Today there was no place to hide and it caused an icy feeling to overtake him, freezing whatever joy and excitement that overwhelmed him at the prospect of his first meeting as a Warrior.
“Do you think they are in a position to help us?” He asked of his Leader, worry coating his voice. He had no doubt that the other Clans were struggling as they too struggled, each facing their own battle, whether it be against intruders or the bitter weather.
The ginger tom could not help but fear the possibility this was a battle they would have to fight on their own. Word Count: 181

"I hope so, but there is no way of knowing, I am going to try and persuade them, like how the wolves could attack there Clans, we have to face it, DuskClan has few warriors and apprentices to fight, if we get the help of the other Clans, we might just be able to raise and get rid of this problem, but some had to stay behind during the gathering just to keep camp safe. All we have is hope Lionfire." Silverstar meowed. It wasn't anything brief of her explanation, but it had to be said. She walked into the clearing, seeing it empty so far, she climbed up the tree, her silver pelt shining against the dark star filled sky.

Ooc: don't know if I can rp here without the rest of my clan, if you have a problem with me posting here with out the rest of Pineclan pm me
Lilypaw had been gathering herbs later then usual when she had realized that tonight was the night of the full moon. Thinking that she was late she had raced straight to the gathering place without checking the camp. The young medicine cat apprentice walked into Pine trees frowning when she saw no cats from her clan. She suddenly became aware of her broken jaw and hesisitated wishing that she could just sink into the ground. The prospect of her first gathering had made her so excited that she had forgotten about her broken jaw for a few minutes. She could have come to gatherings sooner but injuried or sick cats had kept her from going. She still had no idea where her mentors were and was glad that she at least had Nightclan to guild her. She figured that she might just get into trouble for being the first cat to arrive at the gathering for Pineclan. Since this was her first gathering she didn't know where the other medicine cats sat and could only stare around confused trying her best to hide her broken jaw.

As Lionfire and Silverstar were talking (OOC= not sure if i should reply to lilypaw), Waterclaw turned her head around and she saw the clan behind her. Every cat that was going to the gathering was there. Nobody had gotten lost not even one of the apprentices. After she checked the clan she turned her attention back to Lionfire and Silverstar. “You are correct Silverstar. All we do have is hope but we should try something other just persuading and asking. We should ask but will that show weakness to the other clans? I know the leaders aren’t ruthless but…” Waterclaw started to say but she knew this was Silverstar’s decision. “Never mind. This is your decision and I respect that. Just think about what I said. I know you will make the right decision whatever that might be.” Waterclaw said again. She looked down at the blanket of snow beneath her paws while she waited for her leader to reply.

“You’re our Deputy, Waterclaw.” Lionfire mewed seriously, giving the she-cat a considering look. “I’m sure Silverstar would not have appointed you if she did not value your opinion.” For a second a small twinge of jealous sparked in his chest, the ginger tom himself was still a young cat, he could not even begin to fathom the knowledge and experience his Leader and Deputy had.
He turned his head swiftly to his Leader. “We don’t just have hope.” He spat suddenly. “We have NightClan but I don’t see them here helping us now, do you?” The bitterness dyed his voice like the squashed, fat, summer berries did the pelts of white cats.
The tom opened his mouth, prepared to dishonour NightClan further but he caught sight of a young apprentice, PineClan by the scent of her, it would be best to still his tongue. It would not to do air his grievances in front of potential enemies who could pull them apart with the smallest loose thread. Word Count: 166

OCC: Not sure also if I should post since no one from clan is posting except for Guan Yu
Bounding up the hill to the Pine Tree. Being one of the first cats there felt..nice. The isolated space was wonderful since she Claustrophobic and could only stay in a crowded space for so long. Breathing in the fresh scent of cool air and pine. Sitting down she curled her tail around her thin body, she wondered if the kits back home missed her. After all she had asked the other queens to watch them and it was only for one night. Gathering Night.

Strutting proudly into the clearing he narrowed his eyes as he was bathed in moonlight. Standing the tallest he could be he padded over to where StreamClan usually sits. The moonlight made his brown tabby fur look have a slight grey tint to it. Sitting down he swept his thin tail around his lean muscular body. His short fur that was always flat against his body showed his strength and youth.

Owlstar's Bengal pelt made an appearance in the bright moonlight. He leaped up next to the other leaders. He dipped his head in greeting to the other leaders. He hoped this night didn't last too long, the closer he was to StreamClan the better he felt.
